FORGERY CHARGES – ACCUSED PERSONS FAIL TO APPEAR IN COURT


A High Court in Rivers State who charged former employee of De Royal Heroes Group has adjourned to April 29th to hear a case between the Nigeria Police and the former employee.
The said employee Olamide Fajimi (F) alongside Thomas Ogheneochuko (M) where charged with 31 counts of Cheating, Stealing, Forgery, Fraudulent False Accounting. 
The case was adjourned by the court after the two accused persons failed to appear in court.

The Police Lawyer said they have served the accused persons of all the court processes.
He said the accused persons will be arraigned by the next adjourned date.
The said offences were said to take place between 1st January 2015 and 10th October 2016, where Olamide Fajimi and Thomas Ogheneochuko through fraudulent ways with intent to permanently deprive De Royal Heroes Group who was the employer of Olamide Fajimi Incorporated a company named Quality Mark Furniture Limited in the same business as De Royal Heroes Group in order to remove greater quality furniture and others from De Royal Heroes Group worth Millions of Naira.
